Okay guys that was shigaraki at the end right, also when at the end he wanted to help deku, the guy in the shadow, does that mean shigaraki was the user too for one for all, that too being the first. Or have i got this all wrong and that is not him to begin with lol. Plz just explain this and not go pass episode 2.

Khan no lmao, that's not Shigaraki at the end. That's just the very first user of One For All, the little brother of All For One. Remember the story, when All might first explained how the power came about? That was the depiction right there in more detail. I think you're getting confused because for some reason you think he looks like Shigaraki? lmao. He's not.

Also. another thing you may have forgotten, the "little brother" of All For One can't be Shigaraki because during All Might's fight with All for One in season 3. He revealed that Shigaraki is Nana Shimaru's grandson. Nana Shimaru is All might's predecessor of his quirk and also his master (the first woman that Deku sees in the dream). You should react to that reveal too
