I love Khan and I know I can unsubscribe and what not, I get it. But I would just love if he posted updates a little bit more frequently. Even something small like 'Going to be a busy week, don't expect anything' but he ghosts for like nearly 2 weeks with no update which leaves the patreons a bit uncertain because we do care about him, not just his reactions. A full time carer is different from a full time job, full time job is set for specific hours of a day, a carer is literally 24/7. When the muscles flare up, like it has now, she cant move from room to remove without assistance. Shes full on wheelchair bound. Having 4 kids on top of that, im absolutely struggling, i feel awful, depressed, everything you can imagine. And i know this is something many ppl do not wanna hear and maybe rightly so, no one joins here for that purpose. Hence why i havent made an update in this, i just feel like there be more negative replies than positive. Il give everything i own for some me time right now, but at this stage its only possible if outside help comes and i have made plans, just waiting for their confirmation. Hate this f***ing mentality of ppl in the family when they say you have to deal with it, yh im aware but some help even once every few days will help my mental health alot.

Khan what’s the name of your wife’s illness? There’s a lot of people online talking about how specific diets and certain supplements addressing nutrient deficiencies have made almost miraculous differences for people with certain diseases they thought were chronic. This isn’t to get your hopes up but it’s worth looking into to see if it might even help a little bit. Drop the name of her illness and I’ll do some research online, might not help in your case and I could come back empty handed but what’s there to lose. I’ll get back to you in the comments

Dermatomyositis She was diagnosed when she was 6. Since then its been hell of a battle for her. Once the muscles flare up, shes wheelchair bound, as of right now its exactly just that.

Just seen this Khan. I’ve got work tomorrow so don’t have time tonight but will try get back to you by tomorrow night with what I find. So far I’ve seen it’s an autoimmune disease and Jordan Peterson and his daughter have famously spoken about how a carnivore diet cured their autoimmune diseases to everyone’s surprise even their doctors. Again not to get any hopes up because that’s not to say it will be helpful in your wife’s case but I’ll see what I can find hopefully tomorrow

And you have to look after your 4 children who are in their younger stages aswell which require extra effort to look after. No offence taken fam. I couldn’t agree more. Sad thing is i don’t think twice in going way out of my way to assist them in anything. But when i want it, i get replies like “everyone’s busy with their lives what does he expect”. Its horrible man. I know fam, and in the next video which im praying is on friday. i can address some stuff at the beginning. so they basically had 4 months to make the jjk movie 0 bro they have little to no time to even polish or finish some episodes properly, so no the time inbetween the seasons is the time they are spending on animating other animes mappa pick up. Long story short Mappa is killing these animators and they barely finish some episodes during the day of airing even

I didn't know it was that bad, I hope everything gets better and yeah I think you should get outside help, It must be really hard dealing with 4 kids and a wheelchair bound wife so you need some help professionally, inshallah everything will get better and honestly, focus all your attention on your kids and wife, don't bother assisting other family members when they're not grateful enough to help back. Regarding JJK, unfortunately, conditions in Mappa are really bad. Before, people in Japan weren't really dramatic about it, but now animators are starting to call out Mappa and their horrendous conditions. one animator in Mappa tweeted a picture of an anime girl with a noose around her neck, it is really bad. It's a shame cuz I thought they had the season fully completed and i was eagerly waiting years for season 2 cuz i loved season 1... but the higher ups in Mappa are just really greedy and don't care about the product's quality

Okay Khan. Sorry for the late reply I was too tired after work to do proper research. Your wife has a rare autoimmune disease and because of that, there is next to nobody speaking on their experience of trying a different diet and the pros and cons of that with this condition. Her disease also seems to be incurable from what I know. However, there is plenty of evidence of people trying a ketogenic diet (high fat, moderate protein, low carbohydrate) and/or a carnivore diet (very strict diet consisting only of meat/low carb animal products) and significantly improving and even curing their autoimmune diseases. Autoimmune disease is when the immune system mistakenly attacks its own bodily tissue, damaging it and leading to inflammation in the process. There are many different causes of inflammation, these being "stress, hidden infections, food allergies or sensitivities, toxic exposure, genetic predisposition, nutrient deficiencies, and leaky gut". Diet wouldn't be the only intervention to take (see my links below for other interventions), but long story short diet is plenty for many many people to significantly improve and even cure some autoimmune diseases. In your wife's case, just based on my brief research I don't think this is a disease that can be cured, and I feel that at best interventions such as diet would only help make the symptoms more manageable but even still that should be worth a shot at looking into this. I'll leave some sources and youtube videos that you can look into for more information and also please do your own research as there is a lot of information out there on this. It would take hours to watch all the YouTube videos on autoimmune diseases and read any additional articles. Just a note, this won't be as simple as popping a pill and getting better but again, it's worth looking into. My gf suffered from the same issue, she lost a lot of weight and nearly died she always had very pale skin and her immune system was attacking her body. Thankfully after a diet and some medicine to calm her heart rate down and some stuff, she's finally recovering she's healthy now allhamdullilah but they're still monitoring her heart rate weekly. yo khan i was doing some research on how people with autoimmune disorders have utilized diet to manage their symptoms. So it seems that a common technique people utilize to see what foods help them keep their symptoms from inflammation or getting worse is by isolating a food group. They literally isolate different foods like meats, veggies, etc, each for like a week or two and see the effects of those foods on their bodies and see if it helps decrease the inflammation or symptoms. Maybe you can try that with missus and see if you both observe any positive changes. Hopefully that helps
