Update One Piece (Patreon)

If tcb is released dudes by 9am tomorrow guys il do it if not it be double to hero as normal.

Was told opscans version is out but from i know them versions are on and off when it comes to quality, so il wait for tcb.

Hopefully its out in the next 9 hours.
