Black Clover was a low budget weekly anime + their studio was airing with Boruto at that time, but MHA is not a weekly type, it's like Bleach TYBW, you can see the difference in quality, also you have already seen the worst episode in terms of quality and good quality episodes have not reached you yet (very soon you will see the difference) I don't know why Black Clover is so underrated if there are only a handful of bad looking episodes (CGI Mars and Asta first time demon form) Also Asta is the same for me, one of the most motivating anime characters

"only a handful" to you and me...not majority of the people see it this way...plus you already explained the reason why it's so underrated...the show would have been more well received had it got the seasonal treatment like mha, kny, oshi no ko etc....whenever I see people hyping up yaiba or oshi no ko my soul hurts knowing that bc will never get the same treatment (both in terms of quality and hype)

Truth be told, its the story thats keeping me invested, and the little of the comedy ngl lol. If i was one of them animation freaks I probably would of stopped but the story makes up for it big time in my opinion. Like i said i only feel like once during a fight i realised the animation drop, but other than that the fights are definitely entertaining

To be fair , not many people have the patience to watch 70 episodes and still be told to wait more before the anime picks up. Its fine for me cuz I watch long animes all the time but many people would've probably dropped it by now.
