Why doesn't Khan watch all animes like this or at least One Piece in this format so he can pause and speak his thoughts mid episode

Well for One Piece it’s probably a content thing. These Bleach episodes are adapting several chapters at a time, which leads to a lot more information needed to look at. Compare this to One Piece where you might be lucky to get half a chapter.

Personally i prefer it like this, it kinda breaks the flow of the anime if he constantly pauses it.

I’m anime only, but when i saw unohana stab kenpachi, it showed blood hit her face. After we see him space out we see the blood IS STILL THERE on unohanas face. So it had to have happened
