manga guy here and definitely was better in anime. megumi did a tremendous job once again. as much as i love manga its uncomparable to an anime production of that level

This anime episode, as a manga fan, is the proof that toei could deliver not in animation, because it's impossible to keep up this standard, but in STORY. This level of """filler""" would be amazing. Add stuff that completes what Oda didn't have time to draw, not some stupid Usopp rambling that makes no sense, or long shots that drag on forever, or other things they do sometimes. Props to toei on this one, I wish I can say that every week.

Also Khan, toei often gets stuff from Oda to add extra scenes to the Anime its not filler, sometimes the Anime confirms something which even the manga didnt confirm but it still true in a sense.

I don't understand anime only ppl, u can read manga and watch anime. We rarely get episodes like that, so sticking to anime only because once every 25 years we get so amazing episode is not worth

btw idk if anyone noticed, when when luffy was preparing to attack kaido and flashback of wano was playing we get to see all those scenes from luffy pov

Just to let you know, when Kaido says that he has time now, because of Red Hair, is not filler, if you remember when Shanks appeared in MarineFord, everyone was shocked because they thought he was at Kaido's, they say it in the anime.

I'm a manga reader and I can confidently say the entire manga community agrees the anime was WAY better than the manga for this, and frankly most of the wano arc
