As stated before: An obscure cutie from Batman: the Animated Series, Mrs. Francine Langstrom, the wife of Kirk Langstrom AKA the Man-Bat! Sure  her transformation's the stuff of nightmares (2nd only to Kirk's) but  the sole shots from the ending scene of "Terror in the Sky" are the  best! Cute nerdy soles!

She's back and is a weee bit battier.
