Excellia actually tied with Helga (Buta no Gotoki), but a little before the polls ended, one of y'all decided to commission her! so she won't be going in the Runner up run. since you guys seem to wanted her as much as Excellia, I think I'll push her ahead on the commission list and do her right after I make Excellia.
