I honestly don't even remember where it she)) if she is only in the game for 2 minutes it will be very strange... maybe there are more such ghosts in the game? Skyrim wiki says ghosts like this aren't all that rare in the game

There are i believe 10? In the game. 2min is an exaggeration but they are just in places that u dont see often / much ( besides college and pale lady quests) imo.

Well, three I can think of are the Lurkers from Dragonborn, The Burnt Spriggans from Dragonborn, and the Spriggan Earth Mother. Spriggan Earth mother may be easy to do, as it's mainly just Purple Spriggan Matron.
