HELP! Uses My Mods... he also Banned Me... (Patreon)

       I accidentally stumbled upon this site https://schaken-mods.com and was surprised when he saw my Monster Mods changed by some dude(MrImatoumi), it adds physics for My Mods: without my permission, without original mods links. Maybe he monetize my work/MODS.

I asked politely to Delete my files. (the entire short dialogue was not preserved after the ban, but his answer remained in the mail)

 I got banned after 10-15 minutes

I can't get in touch with the site administration. maybe my internet ip is completely banned.

If you have the time and desire to help PsBoss)), write to this good person or the site administration or complain/report about the mod.

lmao they ban me but you can still visit their site in incognito mode plus there's probably a browser extension that let you walk around the the ip block but hell i tried they just dont care the admins they most likely make money off of ur stuff too good chance they get a cut of it

I hate people like that. I truly do! Boss is over here spending dozens of hours making amazing work for us supporters to use, and people like that come in and steal that work, make changes to it, and call it their own. I hope nothing goes right for them, for some time to come!

People like that often forget (or are seemingly indifferent to) the fact that without the original creator being credited or supported they can't continue their plagiarism. I'm sorry this happened to you, Boss. If that person cared, they would've made it a patch, and made it a requirement to download your original files. With the absence of that, and their behavior in the comments and description, it's obvious that they don't care. I hope you won't let this get you down. Sadly, this is a tale as old as the internet. I went ahead and reported it too, hopefully something gets done about it.

Agree best way to stop him is to do what hes doing so I wouldnt blame you if you take a week or a month off to learn how to inject jiggle physics just to spite him and kill his stealing ways. He cant make money off of something your all already doing

Admittedly, if I had the money for it, I would give you a pool of money to bathe in if you added physics to your mods. Though I appreciate that you don't want to release anything until you know how or it meets your standards as an artist.

The site is known for stealing other people's mods and sometimes even extending them... And yes, the original mod authors who point it out, are also mostly banned...

Love the work you do and it is sad to see people stealing it, but i don't think there is much anyone can do about it since the only people who can if memory Surves me correctly say that is a stolen thing is the game developer since the mods you make are for a game you don't own they can technically get away with it i think. Mind you i don't know alot about mod copyright but from what i understand about it is that if you make a mod for a game in this case skyrim then you technically don't own the mod bethesda does, but again i don't know how true that is since like i said above i don't really know alot about mod copyright that is just my take on it.
