So the comic is about a rogue, man-made mutant known as Enrique.  Arguable on the sexual violence of this.  But we can argue this looks like Enrique is "rescuing" a slightly cocooned Power Girl.  Enrique just happens to be touching in intimate areas of Power Girl in this underground lair of his.  She might be shocked but a "rescue" deserves some sort of reward.
