KDA ahri top! (Patreon)

The KDA ahri top is now covered in fabric! This was so stressful to do 😂 the bigger and more complex the shape the harder it is to cover smoothly without wrinkles. I was panicking the whole time but it worked out in the end.

I used spray adhesive to spray my foam and this fancy shattered glass spandex, then covered the foam shape and pressed it into all the details.

Because the fabric is so stretched it didn't want to stay in the detail lines so well so I also had to sew over every single line to get it to stay in place. And yes you can sew over 5mm Eva foam with a sewing machine! You just need to be careful and go slowly and make sure the glue is dry so it doesn't jam the needle. I only bent 1 needle doing the whole thing!

The next step here will be to make the mesh section at the top and do some airbrushing in all the lines to make them stand out more!
