I finally finished my Li Ming armor this morning. I was meant to shoot this costume today but I just didn't finish in time :( but I will finish it tonight and I will be shooting this tomorrow! So photos are coming soon :D I'll also be posting the build guide in the next few days! :3

This is really nice detail of your Li Ming <3 Like really! I have question, so I usually use worbla for the boobie plate, and I see more cosplayers using a thicker foam for the boobie plate. Did you enforce your boobie cup with something? Cuz I know the base of the boobie plate is from foam and worbla but not the cup part.

No the boob aren't reinforced :3 they're just foam. I use a 6mm sheet of foam to make my cups and so far I haven't had any issues with them :D like they're still strong enough

Oh that's good to know. I know you love in South Africa and I was curious to know where you get your foam. I know tntcosplay gives it out

I get my foam from a local foam manufacturer here called Sondor :) We order it in sheets of 2mx1m and then we can also order whatever thickness and density we want. I normally get 6mm and 1cm foam. and I use a density of 60 for some pieces and 120 for others. ( density with them just affects how rigid the foam is. denser foam is also easier to sand)
