Heyhey!

Yesterday, after the first month of Weekly Releases, I let Early Access Tiers vote on whether to continue Weekly releases for another month or go back to my old album format with "story, dialogue, a 60-120 pics format and a 1-2 month release cycle" and the results were clearly in favor of going back to my old story format, so that's what will happen! (I know it's been 23 hours instead of 24 but I think its decisive enough that we can count the votes early :D)

Due to this, the 2nd next month (November) will mark the end of Weekly Releases and everyone will receive all mini-albums that have been produced last month - including the "Milking Dustin" Anniversary Edition that was originally due on the 6th for Supporter Tiers.

What's next.

This Thursday, after everyone got all the releases from last month and seen what character combinations work, I want to hold another poll in which all of you can vote on the next Album. I'll provide a list of scenarios and character combinations and the winning scenario will decide how the story moves on.

My image-count goal for new Albums will be 60-120 meaning a 1-2 month release cycle. I will always aim for 60 images but also know that I have a tendency to misjudge an Album's length and won't shy away from extending to up to 120 if the album needs it. If I notice it going even beyond that, the Album will be split in parts, but I will try to not let it go this far.

Each month I'll write at least one big update post about how progress is going. This should give you a good idea on when to expect a release.

Patreon Tier Rewards

Most Tier rewards will be changed back to what they were before the Weekly Releases so you can again expect Previews for Supporter Tier's and First Half Releases for Early Access Tier's.

However, there will be two changes:

  • For now, I want to discontinue Loyalty Rewards to see what impact the additional time makes that I have without them. This could be a short-lived temporary change, as doing them had practical benefits for me as well, but right now I'd like to put my focus 100% on new albums.
  • Previews will from now on be distributed on a Weekly basis each Sunday, which makes it easier for me to collect a bunch, and then decide more purposefully on which ones I want to publish instead of just pumping out whatever preview I have ready to share, even if it doesn't tell you much at all about the album. Now, when showing you previews, I want to find a good middle-ground between not spoiling too much but also leaving in enough room to speculate on what is happening.

That is all for now! If you have questions about the future, feel free to ask them!
