Heavy is the Head Chapter 1 poll (Patreon)

Howdy! So first off, thanks to all of you for your support and generosity, especially those of you who let me churn out an entire novel-length serial with THAL last year. It is appreciated so much! To show my appreciation, you fine folks (the $10+ tiers) are exclusively eligible to vote on the outcomes of each chapter of my new Choose Your Own Adventure (CHYOA (for some reason there's an H, nobody knows why)) series, Heavy Is The Head. You can read the first chapter of it here. I don't know how long it'll go or how big it'll get, but hey, when we're bored of it or we find a good ending, cool. I used to LOVE these stories as a kid, and as you may know, I am a big fan of TTRPGs, so this will kind of be our dice-free mega-game. :)

Once one of these polls is posted, I'll give ~72 hours (minimum, not necessarily maximum) for you folks to vote before beginning work on the next chapter. I will not be doing branching chapters, so once the vote is solidified, that's the official new direction. Brace yourself for a disappointment or two in the democratic process, or better yet, think of them as funportunities!

All that said, our first chapter leaves you with three paths forward, spelled out below. Read up, then come back here and cast your vote. I'll leave this up until Thursday-ish, and then get to work reacting to your decision.
