Since you've taken the scientific approach before, I do find myself curious as to what you think the testicles would have been pre-tf in this scenario. I'm imagining his tonsils, but wanted to ask your opinion.

It could also be the thyroid given that it is already a gland with a similar bifurcated shape. It'd be kind of horrific though as the individual would start to choke on grown testicles before the lungs gain their autonomous function with the soon to be front end of the animal.

Really love these UDTF changes. I just like how you capture the change in your photomanipulations. Plus you aren't just paying attention to the rear here you got the clothing in the front there to help tell the story/give the visuals that changed happen there. While I do like the teeth for effect there just keep thinking if he is far enough along that his teeth would be more subdued or gone. Awesome picture hope you get time to do more interesting transformations like this!
