The paladin glossed over the conversation, only taking relief when she hears her squire's footsteps getting softer as she turns to leave.

Tiana stands up and turns to the elf. Liabella asks nervously, staring up at the paladin.

"S..so, what are you going to do with me...human..?"

"Listen, whatever happened last night... it was all because of that.. weird elixir..!" Tiana blurts out almost with anger, ashamed about what had happened last night.

"The demoness, or whoever she is.. said that you are my slave from now... but we, sacred servants of the goddess will never stoop to such dishonorable acts...I will set you free by my own will!"

The elf didn't expect that kind of generosity...and at the same time, she feels the magical force  engulfing deep in her mind disappear, the magical contract of slavery removed.

Not wanting to push her luck, she rises and passes the paladin.

Tiana stares the elf from the back with a complex expression.

"O..Okay then... I mean.. goodbye, human." Liabella is confused by her own feelings, she can't explain what exactly it is.
