The First of Many - Many shall fall to sweet pleasure and the bitter taste of defeat, and only one will savor the ambrosia of true victory.

From every stretch of the realm, from many of the races, both great and unknown, champions of great beauty and strength, step forward to fight, joining a League at a great expense, both personal and of their anxious people.

Only one will win, a being truly deserving of the ultimate prize of the artifact of Del-Haq, infused with ancient powers to give and take fertility, powers that only a god or goddess rightfully should posses. Powers to bring strength to their people, and ruination to others...or perhaps, even powers to turn against and destroy the artifact itself, for the good of all.

Time will tell - and the strands of fate are ever convoluted.
