Small Update (Patreon)

As most of you have already seen I have integrated my Discord server with Patreon. I thought it would just send an invite but instead just threw everyone in who had it setup on patreon lol.

Depending on how many all join, I will make that the primary means of accessing the links as opposed to private messaging them.
