Life has been pretty busy over here in a way that’s much different from before. At least different than the last few years. I’ve been working my little tush off because we’ve had a number of costly things come up + loss of income we’d been expecting. It actually feels really empowering to be taking action on so many things! And in that same state of mind, I am also working hard to keep balance and take care of myself. And not doing too shabby! 😃

So here’s a few updates!

I shot some great new work with Peter Gonzales while I was in Albuquerque in June. Above is one, and here are 3 more!

I have been SOOOO enjoying modeling. Feels like “the good ol’ days”, but better. It’s different now and wild to see how much has changed in the industry, yet how much is the same. The best part is the people, always.

I am especially proud of the fitness photo because it really encompasses (for me) my journey with fitness and health. I wrote a post about it, if you care to read. TL;DR… I am the healthiest I have ever been as an adult, holistically. My body, mind, and spirit feel so aligned and I find so much love in the perfect imperfections of life, even when it hurts. And yes, I am also a vain human and am very happy with my body’s appearance. It feels great that I’ve finally found a good balance of the workouts that both serve my body’s limitations and help me get stronger. 🥹

I’m still doing my secondhand reselling, and have been prepping for my next online sale on July 17, and then will be doing my next in person sale in Albuquerque, NM on August 12 at an event called Ignite! This will be at my friend’s shop and I’m super pumped! I’ll be selling and signing prints also, so if you’re in that area please come say hi!

JD and I are great, and very much focused on our health and well-being. Lots of enjoying time together, cooking at home more and eating out/ordering delivery less, and finding balance with some social stuff and restructuring home life a bit. ❤️ Had a lovely hike this morning! Many of you know how challenging this sort of thing was for him when he was sick a few years back, so it’s nice to see him really being excited to be back at things here and there.

It’s been a little less than a month since I quit working for Scott Brothers Ent. and I’m still so happy I left, but naturally, most changes bring with them some rough patches. I’m grateful to all of you here who have helped make that transition possible, as I needed the support (emotional as well as financial) to feel comfortable leaving. Money is just another form of energy, and I appreciate the energy you give me in exchange for the energy I put out. 🤗

I feel like I have a million things going now, but somehow life feels simpler. Even with all the additional chaos of our AC not working great, my accident back in April that is STILL drama and I’m now in my 4th rental 😅, and a lot of family health/mental well-being issues.

OH!! I got to see Blink-182 last week in Denver!My gosh was it ever amazing. It was everything I wanted it to be. My brother and I held each other and cried during Adam’s Song (we both struggle with mental health) and it was one of the most special moments of my life. Blink is one of those bands that takes me back and gets to the depths of my soul. 🖤

My dad also decided to come to Denver last minute with my nephew, and I was ecstatic to get time with them too! My little nephew is just something else. Such a smart, kind, well-behaved kiddo.

Life is truly a rollercoaster, my friends. And I can honestly say that I’m finally excited again about the direction of this ride.
