Oh brother!  I swear his is not April Fools, I set this up wrong AGAIN! I am so frustrated with myself and I apologize.  The first time I made it where anyone could vote, which was wrong, then I made it where you could vote as many times as you want with no end date, which was wrong.  Good lord.  Ok, third time is the charm, and I am sorry again.
