Help with a website? (Patreon)

Greetings!  I know I have been here for all these years, but I also play World of Warcraft as a hobby.  I have ran the same guild since 2004 and I will really be trying to ramp it up again with the new expansion.  I went to my old website and dusted it off (guardofthehorde.com)!  I made all the graphics and everything for it, years ago, but, she's old.  You all know how seriously I take a design and how I like to be professional.  Would anyone be willing/able to help me get her looking a bit more up to date?  I can do all the graphics, but I would need someone's help with programming.
