If you've been around here for awhile you'll know I've had quite the time finding a "forever home" in the past 3 years. The place I had 2 years ago was LITERALLY the worst rental property ever. Then covid happened. I secured the place I'm in now as a temp fix till I found somewhere to settle semi permanently, and If you've heard that story it's a trip. My landlord has been terrible >.<

Well, after MONTHS and I mean MONTHS of searching, open houses, calls, countless applications . . . I found it. 

I found a place that is a GORGEOUS fit for me. Rent to own (which is AMAZING because who doesn't want property) and recently renovated.

I pulled the trigger on putting in my application the other day after getting over being sick . .

I was approved, paid my deposit to take it off the market and as of today I signed paperwork. 

I move in on the first! I can't tell you how nice it's going to be to be out from under my current landlord (he's a nightmare) and have my dogs back FULL TIME.

Because of my early move in, content shouldn't be halted much at all :) polls will still go out in about 7 days like normal. I've been catching up on all my recording since my head cold is gone. 2022 isn't toooo bad so far bois !

I just wanted to share this with you guys, I know quite a few of you have been here a long time with me and know I've been actively looking since before June to get out of this situation with my current lease. 

It's here. I get to thrive, make a new space of my own and I'm so looking forward to how much EXTRA creativity this will spawn. Being in a happier environment always makes me blossom.

You're like my lil internet family and I've been patiently waiting to share this with you. I'm forever waiting on the other shoe to drop and feeling like good things are only going to blow up in my face - so  I waited till I had ALLLL my paperwork in my hands to say 

I'M OFFCIALLY signed, and ready for move in <3
