Hmmm, Valve Index here. STEAMVR 1.20.3. As soon as I pushg the B button on my controller it hangs up and closes... Anyone can confirm?

Yep, can confirm. On an older version of SteamVR actually (1.19.7). App launches fine, VR seems to be running ok, pressing B crashes DXXR immediately.

The bundle is to large to download via MEGA downloads. there are 2 ways around it but both are rather annoying. 1. Pay for their service for a single file or 2. Get the free desktop app, download up to the 5 gig limit, and then wait the 6+ hours for the limit to reset. then download the rest.

I have a problem unlocking pro features. I click on the prompt when the program starts but it takes me to a purchase screen. I have no problems unlocking pro on the official DXXR builds.

Normally it asks you to login with your Patreon profile (in order to check the pledge for the pro features).
