I’m missing the alure of these video release packages. What is a good viewer to use with an Oculus? Or are these something that should be used with a phone when you are away from your computer?

Not everyone can afford an High Hend HMD (Oculus,VIVE). With VR videos I can provide content to all VR users, also almost everything you see in VR videos is normally coming to WSS too.
