*ENGLISH VERSION*
in this episode: let's talk about vulnerability and decide what, how and when to share (personal) stories/experiences with someone we know or online with strangers. When do we draw the line between what's vulnerable and what's intimate?
note: I do swear and I mentioned my dad's alcoholism
Questions to ask yourself:
•is this story mine to tell?
•am I exposing someone else's privacy?
•what's the reason why I wanna share it?
•would it help someone (to feel less lonely, make process easier, save time or money, learn something)?
•do I feel comfortable sharing it? would it help me grow? am I pushing any -personal- boundaries by sharing this?
•am I in danger/risk by sharing this? do I feel safe?
•can I take details out without losing the core of this message? are those details necessary? if it's illustrated or depicted in a visual way: is there a way I can "show not tell"?
