Here's finally the video where I share all the apartments I saw before *meeting the one*. Apartment hunting is mega stressful, specially living in a big city, and this was my first time doing it by myself BUT I DID IT!

Things I didn't mention in the video

1. Apartment #1 was in a "not so safe" area and in an older building, that's why it was bigger and same price as the other ones. 

2. I've noticed if an apt has been fixed, painted, changed the appliances or it's a "newer" building, the prices always go up, even if they're tiny (this applies to all apartments I saw except #1). I noticed I'd rather live in an older building (even if this means more upkeep or issues) and have more space, than a new building <--- what are your thoughts on this?

3. None of the places I saw had dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (not even in the building) cause that makes de rent even higher 

4. All apartments 3, 4 and 5 were listed on Craigslist under different pictures (this happens all the time, they list the "cute" apt but they show you another one in the same building)
