in this podcast newsletter: we have bikes! (+ the story behind them) and  we're back from Sevilla, holiday + workshop, in one trip. Fighting against impostor syndrome, lots of resting and reframing frustration into new things.

What I've been enjoying these past couple of weeks:

• Wonderful Alicia shared ondo's youtube channel with me and now I'm officially hooked and addicted HELP (ps. I wanna go to South Korea so bad now)

• Talking about money is always weird, so I always appreciate when people do it! Loved Ashley's take about it 

• Email like a boss, by Dani

• La Habanita* salad recipe (simple, but wonderful): spinach, raw diced mushrooms, diced green apples and walnuts. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. (also add a whole jar of sangria but that's totally optative XD)

*vegan friendly restaurant in Sevilla, Ed and I loved it
