Super mega secret sketchbook tour! (Patreon)

Hey guuuys! Happy Wednesdaayy! I can't believe I'm going to say this, but it's actually SUPER warm outside. I can't complain, I'm SO HAPPY :D But enough of silly weather conversation, here's my sketchbook tour + inspo!

This is where we left off last month:

I started drawing the clothes I want. Mainly to a) keep track of what I'd like to buy or find at thrift shops and b) to MANIFEST this to the universe. So far so good: after months of searching I found the black and white trousers last week!

I started practicing The Little Prince for our monthly illustration club challenge! I thought to myself "how the little prince would look like today?" and "how would I draw him with my style?"

I asked myself the same thing with Rose, "how can I draw a rose with a face?" I didn't want to pull an Alice and Wonderland (flowers with a face), so I imagined a person inside the rose!

I based this sketch on this cute couple:

I haven't finished the sketch from above, but it's based on this cool dude I saw on the subway yesterday: 

"I left my sketchbook at the studio so I'm going to draw on this piece of paper" special:

And I started doing some sketches of the Little Prince on my ipad (I use Procreate, I painted everything with Narinder and 6B Pencil!)

I don't know how I feel about the painted versions. They aren't bad, but is a technique I haven't mastered yet so I still feel super clumsy and "not myself". I just have to keep doing it until I find my own voice!
