month 2. December recap! - illustration club (Patreon)

I was just reading your comments on Discord and many of you said "I can't believe 2018 is over" "how the hell a whole year just went by?" and GUYS: I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. I haven't even thought of my 2019 plans/goals/dreams or my word of the year (usually I have that stuff already planned out by december). But I'm sure I'll catch up during January!

I'm writing your from coffee shop in Santiago, it's a warm afternoon and I'm sitting outside, listening people talk in spanish (I missed Chilean spanish). So: we knew this month was going to be hectic for everybody so the theme for December was "December": what December means to us. This is what I drew!

Estaba leyendo sus comentarios en Discord y muchos de ustedes dijeron "no puedo creer que ya se fue el 2018" "cómo rayos ya se fue un año entero?" y NERDS: SÉ EXACTAMENTE COMO SE SIENTEN. Yo ni siquiera he pensando en mis planes/metas/sueños para el 2019 ni mi palabra del año (normalmente eso ya lo tengo pensadísimo en Diciembre). Pero ya pensaré en eso durante Enero!

Estoy escribiéndoles desde un café en Santiago, es una calurosa tarde y estoy sentadita afuera, escuchando a la gente hablar en español (eché de menos el español chileno). En fin: todos sabíamos que este mes sería mega caótico para todos, así que el tema de Diciembre fue: Diciembre; qué significa para nosotros. Esto fue lo que dibujé!

I would've loved to draw more, but honestly this is all the time I had ToT It's so interesting to see how my December has changed over the years: the places are different (Chile, Germany, UK, USA), the weather (summer vs winter), the foods are different! But since I'm visiting Chile again all the memories are coming back :)

I wanted to include all your art but THERE WERE SO MANY, I had no idea so many of you were participating on the monthly theme challenge!! Me habría encantado dibujar más, pero sinceramente este fue todo el tiempo que tuve ToT Es tan interesante ver cómo mis Diciembres han cambiado con los años: los lugares son diferentes (Chile, Alemania, UK, USA), el clima (verano vs invierno), la comida son diferentes! Pero desde que llegué a Chile de visita, todos los recuerdos vuelven a mi :)
