Package Animated GIF or Video file? (Patreon)

i have plan to change something about package Animated , you want file GIF or Video?
if Video will got HQ (most 3000x2000)
but if GIF , will just only 720p or (most 1280x853) drop quality

i try not do both because , is need more time to render it.
