What sort of necromancer? Like, raises Zombies, rezzes enemies to serve on his side, rezzes subordinates to continue fighting, controls undead, creates wraiths and vampires?

His job is about contacting people or organizations, and for a proper price offer specific services. Like Protectorate asks for healing potions, Pokemon world for unique herbs, etc. Or to get Taylor some exotic bugs from D&D/Naruto or something for a price. Or it may be something more direct like eliminating target X.
