Pre-Supported Release - Set 08 Arctic Nights (Patreon)

Hello, here is our surprise update, the release of the entire Arctic Nights Set pre-supported! We couldn't test print them yet though so use with caution and check the files before you print them. Add additional supports if you think they are needed. This should ease printing our models for sure though. 😃

Next update for November shortly!

Looks good. I'm gonna try to print the Gargantuan White Dragon in resin using the presupport and just hollow it. I'll also print the cabin in PLA, but I can already tell you that it would have been better to have holes on both the walls front and the walls back part of the model. Then just let us print the pins that we would insert. That way it becomes supportless. You can also skip the whole print the pins part if you use 1,75 mm holes and then we can just take some unused filament from the roll and use it as pins.

ok im going to try a yeti, snow queen and an owlbear. was going to try the 3 dwarves, but all 3 came with netfab errors of having holes, and all 3 files are so much bigger, my slicer didnt want to load them. the yeti was 133mb, while a dwarf was 450mb???

Some massive file sizes and multiple errors showing in the Dwarves. Brutal getting them loaded up and trying to repair them. Shame, as I love those models!

Do you mean the ~130mb is to big of a file size? We experimented with decimating the models to lower file sizes but on some models it is not beneficial at all. And which errors are you trying to repair? I am not sure what you are trying to do to be honest.

Hello Benoit, have you tried downloading the models in smaller parts? Maybe an error occurred while downloading and that caused the error. It works on our end.

Love the dogsled. I'm curious on the best way to base this one for tabletop play. I plan on doing a chase scenerio and im concerned about breaking the ropes moving it around.
