Hi everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and were able to enjoy it to the fullest. The year is coming to an end and I would like to thank you all for your loyalty and kindness. I am grateful for each and every one of you. I have met many wonderful new people, had countless nice conversations, and received a lot of inspiration from you. Thank you so much!

Before the year ends, I would like to share some news about my life with you. I am currently seven months pregnant and my husband and I are expecting our first daughter towards the end of March.

At the end of last month, our landlord unexpectedly gave us notice to move out at the same time as the birth date, but we found a new apartment quicker than expected, which will allow us to move at the end of January. So I may need a little longer to reply from time to time in January, as I'll be busy packing and renovating.

As my circumstances are about to change and we also have to move house, I would like to inform you that I will only be publishing two houses a month instead of four. I want to get some rest before the birth and also think that the little one will take up a lot of my time afterwards, so I hope you can understand my decision.

I have been thinking about it for a long time and since the beginning of my "builder career" I have never increased my prices, but everything is getting more expensive and the working time and energy costs of the computer are simply no longer up to date. I have therefore decided to increase the price for the "family house level" by one euro. I think that's manageable for what I do.

However, as I want to thank you for your loyalty and I don't want to force anyone to pay more, I have decided to rename the current "family house level" to "faithful souls" and to limit the number of members and set up a new "family house level". So as long as you don't cancel or change your membership, you will still pay the same price.

I also wanted to inform you that I will not resend links that are older than one month free of charge in the future. It happens more and more often that members inform me that they have accidentally deleted the tray files and request the links of all their previously purchased buildings again. I understand that it is annoying but I inform you all at the beginning in the welcome text that you should please make a backup copy. I don't have the time to scroll through histories, find all the links again and link them. I hope you can understand that. This does not apply to links that I have sent you in the same month and that do not work for some reason, I will of course continue to resend them to you free of charge.
