Willow Creek Street 3 (Patreon)

Part 3 of the Willow Creek make over is the "Willow Creek street 3". There you will find a yoga studio, a flower store with adjoining small workshop and warehouse. The opposite side offers a small store called "baby blue", a butcher and cheese dairy and a multi-story coworking area among other things also space for a small detective agency.

I recomand you to add Kiara Sims lot traits, to make the lot more functional.
