Hi everybody,

I am very happy to finally introduce you to my new project. I have made a small make over of Willow Creek, which includes four lots. Even though Willow Creek has more of a New Orleans vibe, it now became more in my typical brownstone style. Nevertheless, I have tried to pick up individual elements that it fits at least contentwise well to the city. I also made sure to build the plots in such a way that there is a visual axis from the first to the fourth lot, which should provide a better gaming experience, and it is also great for photos. With the help of some of my loyal patreons I collected ideas and this is what I came up with:

1. Art gallery, with historical, contemporary, and modern art

2. Italian restaurant with a wine cellar for wine tastings, an adjacent bubbletea store, a multi-level bookstore and a men's clothing store.

3. Willow Creek Street 3: a property with a yoga studio, a flower store with adjoining workshop, a butcher and cheese dairy, an infants store "baby blue" and a co-working space where different professions can work independently, as well as a small area for private detectives.

4. Speakeasy bar, fashion studio, vintage cinema, modern cafe
