888spire Apartment (Patreon)

888spire Apartment is a large 3 storey flat. It’s stylish, chic and modern and has a lot of bright colours. You can find a balcony, a kitchen, two dining areas, three living rooms, one is more a watching movies on a large flat screen the other both are more to relax with friends, enjoying the fire or read a book. One of these living rooms has also a bar. The apartment hast three bedrooms, one of these is a child room. The two other bedrooms have a bathroom next to it. One is very large with a sauna, big shower and a large bathtub. The apartment has also a fitness room and a large office area with a big piano in it.

How to place: The apartment is a bit tricky to place, because it has three floors and different levels. I label the rooms in floor and part. The Floor on the top is floor 1 and has two parts a and b. The second floor has also two parts. The third part has three parts so it is: F3a, F3b and F3c. I hope it is not too complicated and you can place it fast. I also replaced the Main door of the apartment with the T.O.O.L. mod.
