Alpin Apartment house (Patreon)

Alpin Chalet Apartment house is for all your Sims who don't like the heat at all. The building has a master bedroom, a small children's room with a stock bed, a sauna, a hot spring, a whirlpool, a campfire, a cosy reading corner with a panoramic view of the lake.
