Hi Friends, it's getting hot for your Sims! None of your sims feel like working and sweating over the summer. So pack your suitcases and bags, the following buildings are coming this month:

Selvedora Bungalow - two bedrooms, spacious outdoor area, pool with adjoining outdoor shower, a yoga and meditation platform, a bathroom with an outdoor area for bathing under the starry sky. 

Hookah beach bar + apartment  – a large outdoor area for smoking hookah and relaxing. Enjoy the sunset with an ice-cold cocktail or dance into the night on the dance floor. Are you the owner of this fancy bar? Then use the outside stairs after a long work shift and retreat to your maritime apartment and recharge your batteries for a new day.

Alpin Chalet Apartment house- for all your Sims who don't like the heat at all. A master bedroom, a small children's room with a stock bed, sauna, hot spring, whirlpool, campfire, a cosy reading corner with a panoramic view of the lake.

Public Swimming Pool - for all the Sims who are short of money or their bad players don't use motherlode ;) They should pack their swimwear and enjoy a day in the pool, put their feet up, eat ice cream as much as they can and drink cocktails on the sundeck or on the functional pool bar.
