It's time to vote for next month's request themes! The three most popular themes will be among November's renders. You can choose up to three options for the next month! If there are any draws, this will be broken by a selection at random. Read the full descriptions below!

Theme 1 — Someone To Lean On

"Dylan giving birth leaning against Jake, who is giving him a reach around as their  baby crowns."

Theme 2 — Bruce's Babymoon

Bruce, heavily pregnant with triplets, belly already dropped, with some stretchmarks, stands naked on the beach with his naked baby daddy Mostafa right behind him. He's holding his belly in his hands. (Maybe a side profile?)

Theme 3 — What Goes Around, Comes Around
"So, Victor and Dylan (the twink one) are giving birth at the hospital. They're pushing and both are laying back. Also, David, Jake and Farhad  are standing near them and we can see them supporting both Victor and Dylan.  Or maybe they are betting on who will give birth first."

Theme 4 — A Thanksgiving Stuffing

"A thanksgiving feast for the expecting fathers at the dinner table. We have a heavily pregnant Taylor making a feast for a heavily pregnant Samuel and Ryan who look like they’re fit to burst if they eat another bite of cake with their already growing guts. It would be sexy seeing one of their bellies a bit oblong due to the  baby moving around."

Theme 6 — The Aftermath

"Was thinking of an "After the Orgy" or "The Orgy's Results."Bruce, laying on his  back in bed, feet on bed, legs spread, knees bent, and looking overdue with  quintuplets, maybe with a pillow or two propped under him while he's scrunched  his face and clenching his teeth. An also twin-filled  Damien is tending to Bruce, holding his hand and putting a towel on his forehead.  A button the side, Farhad, Samuel, and a swelling Alexei are debating which of  them gave Bruce twins or multiples, since he was the biggest bottom and Farhad and Samuel were the only total tops.....and somewhere in the picture,  maybe...a bottle of rapid-preg pills....indicating that this isn't months in the making, but only about 24-72 hours later."

Theme 7 — Gym Shower Tease

"Farhad in a public shower, very pregnant with swollen tits, a gravid belly and his dick hard. Other pregnant men are staring at him lustfully while jerking off. He looks cocky as he enjoys the attention and his hands slowly caresses his glistening body."

Theme 8 — More Than He Bargained For

"Dylan, has an ultra sound and fins out it's quad. he knows his belly was big but this?! He also has a slight pain in his face, indicating that the birth might not be far off."
