Can anyone help me out? I am stuck and can't progress it seems like. I'm on the quest the call and the first part is I didn't seem to complete but the second part and third part I did. For the last part of the quest, it says "You hear someone complaining in the meeting room" but when I go there nothing happens.

Well, i guess i didn't, but how do i get past this part now if that's the case? I cant go back and talk to them cuz i don't have a save that far back. So do i just have to start over now?
