Both rendered in blender. Just emission shader for the left (to achieve flat/2D) and Principled shader on the right.

Just a little quick test. No physics, no fixes, raw, as is. Not sure if its just my model, but sometimes the leg bones are not compatible/glitches out in blender. Motion needs fixing after importing but it looks fine in mmd.
