About collections (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

I told you about this a few weeks ago and I'd like to get your feedback on the subject.

Indeed, the collections section makes it easier to see all my work published on patreon in a more organized way, however some users (especially level 4) report to me that when they try to access the collections, they are faced with a message asking them to increase their promise.

Have many of you encountered this problem? Please let me know so that I can quickly resolve the problem with patreon if this is the case.
