No nut November - Day #22 (Patreon)

For the month of November, Jonathan has proposed a challenge to the orc Boruk: "No Nut November"

Without really knowing what it was about, the orc accepted, but he quickly understood when Jonathan refused the orc's advances and handed him a calendar asking him to tick a box each passing day, until on the last day of the month.

22 Days later, Boruk regrets his choice... The orc's balls have swelled into a volume he had never observed, the nights are becoming more and more difficult because of dreams that risk pushing on the edge the orc, but the worst is in the morning... This itch that Boruk feels in his groin is a real torture.
