What would a Halloween be without a Werewolf? But then, what would Halloween be if there were TWO??!

This is the challenge that I set myself with the creation of a new character "Tibarn" that I will try to optimize to make it appear in the Halloween surprise work (another thing not planned... Decidedly how far my imagination will go...)
