Hello everyone.

Following a series of IRL problems, I was absent from my boss and I apologize for not having warned you ...

To name some of the problems encountered:

- A flu (and yes ... but not the covid) which confined me to bed for 4 days.

- A burglary, but rest assured, nothing important was stolen ... only money  (and the checkbook...)

- My Dog, an American Akita has been sick for a few months. The vet asked me to have my animal performed a colonoscopy at the end of November, which revealed the presence of a 5cm tumor in the colon area.

Surgery was performed in early December to extract the mass. This was followed by a 4-day hospitalization in the veterinary hospital in order to monitor that Lewis (my dog) had no sequelae of this heavy intervention (It was necessary for safety to remove 15cm from the intestine and he have a 38cm scar in the abdominal region).

The surgeon then sends the tumor tissue for biopsy to a laboratory ...

1 week and a half later, I have the results: "melanoma non-malignant carcinoma" the tumor was treated in time so that there was no metastasis and therefore a spread of this dirt in his body.

I'm not going to hide from you that when I had the results of the biopsy, I cried with joy as I hugged Lewis. My dog, who will be 7 years old on January 1, 2022, was saved from possible cancer, it is the most beautiful Christmas present (before the hour) that I could have ever wished for.

Today my dog has regained his strength, and I feel much better knowing that he is in good shape.

Sorry to tell you about my everyday hassles, but I think it's important to be transparent when so many people are supporting my work on Patreon.

Anyway, my work on Patreon is resuming.

Thank you for your support and your trust.

Take care of yourself and your loved ones,

~Etan.

I am sorry rl has been stressful, but so happy your puppy is doing better! Hope they continue to improve and that the rest of this year is not fill with anymore issues.

This year was really terrible ... I lost my cat in April from a bone tumor in the jaw, then I lost my Uncle die of Covid19 in May ... My dog's first bowel problem started in June ... but I certainly would never have thought at this point (a little blood in the stool) that it would be something so serious. Fortunately, all of this was dealt with in time to avoid one more drama ... and I can speak to you in all honesty, I take a lot of things on me, but if something should happen to my dog, I believe really that I will never have recovered ... I think it's important that I tell you about this even though I know that an artist is expected to just do their job ... but I remain human above all.

I was so worried for a moment there, reading this, thinking the worst had happened to your puppy... I'm so glad that was not the case, though! Please take care of yourself and the ones you love!

Etan, Lewis, you are to pass that. And I wonder you have to spend time we him, no fun with us. In a lot, say to Lewis a fine birthday to him.
