Declined (Patreon)

I learned there had been changes in Patreon's payment processing. Obviously many people were taken by surprise when they saw their payment with the status "declined".

At the time of writing, the problem seems to have been resolved for most people. If this is not the case, you have normally received a support email to inform you of any malfunctions.
