Which do you think is the most powerful new card (for the 99) from LCI?

In general I think Charismatic Conqueror can go in the most decks and generate value almost immediately for 2 mana, but the ceiling for Roaming Throne is insane. Even if you're not playing a kindred deck, think of how many commanders that are out there that generally don't get access to double-up effects either because of how their ability works or they don't have access to certain cards due to color restrictions. Ever wanted to draw 6 cards for 6 life off Tymna? How about doubling up both of Prosper's triggers? The list could go on and on, but you get the idea. I'm personally excited to see what it can do in Sethron.

I went with Roaming Throne because it is colorless, it is a tribal card, and it also has Ward 2 for four mana. While it is not optimal outside of tribal decks, having a protected panharmonicon it's crazy. Considering it's a creature that means it can be reanimated and if you call the right type for ETBs, you could just out value your opponents!
