Hi Command Zone Team! Thanks for for your continued passion for this game and laying out your opinion on such a controversial topic. That's awesome. One thought came to mind: What do you guys think of doing an episode on being emotionally flooded vs critical thinking? Or using your hippocampus more vs cerebral cortex more. I took a Leadership class through my employer and it was interesting to learn how being emotionally flood can severally affect your critical thinking and decision making. Cheers!

I'm glad someone finally gave this point of view. I was actually surprised about the backlash and honestly wondering how this was worse than the reserve list holding cards hostage. Resubscribed because of the general wisdom displayed in episode #354. Agreed. We all need to start calling out behaviors that contribute to the internet mob phenomenon. Good things rarely come from it - and when they do, it's because the subject of the attention is actually important - not about "plastic and cardboard game pieces".

I have been playing Magic for a year and a half now, and I have so far experienced that the Magic community is inclusive, pleasant and full of people who share a common interest, but who also respect different choices of color affiliation, commanders, art style, playing style and format. In recent weeks, I have witnessed childish behavior: Both from players and from content creators I follow and respect who oppose each other on social media, and who mass-produce content in affect. I understand that this is a loud minority, but when I now teach others the game, I choose to recommend them to stay away from the community until this has calmed down (in the hope that it will actually calm down soon), but I always recommend your channel. It is sad to hear that so many are criticizing you and your integrity because they have a problem with WOTC, and it is clear in this video that you are affected by this. I think you have been a steady rock in this chaos, and I hope you never stop creating content, and certainly not because of such behavior. You rock!

I just want to chime in and give you guys kuddos for being level headed and giving an honest and weighed response. I get the people that are upset, mostly, but am sad to see the sheer rage coming from the community. I'm especially sad it's aimed at people that have nothing to do with the decision.

I would take any hate mail you get right now with a grain of salt. The way the world is going right now, people are frustrated, scared, depressed. Etc. Not to mention it is right before election in the USA.
