Pretty sure these commanders are cEDH viable (Not top tier but powerful nonetheless). Theres already a deck out rn called slow bomb control that plays curiosity effects on vial smasher and puts Glint horn bucaneers and psychosis crawler as substitutes/win cons. I would say Brallin is better than vial smasher in what it does for the strategy and shabraz is just great for adding azorius and occasionally casting if you have nothing better to do. Also offers a secondary wincon through beat down that is arguably very attainable. Would be better if it was Nekusar colors tho so you could add Notion thief to steal all your opponents cards when you wheel.

I would definitely consider niv mizzet, Teferi Hero of Domineria, Dream Trawler. I kind of like it for a token generating deck too. So like you said, locust god, and maybe chasm skulker, and nadir kraken the pair it all with bloodsoaked altar. I think bloodsoaked altar would definitely be a must. First, it costs 1 less life to activate because you are gaining 1 life when using it, it let's you discard, and you get to make better tokens.

Oh, and definitely some madness cards, don't want to be discarding cards with no added benefits.

YO, Lich's Mastery. one turn win con for sure. When you gain a life you draw a card, but you don't lose from drawing your whole deck then you move to discard phase.

You draw your deck, discard your hand/deck, shuffle your graveyard into your deck and then if people still aren't dead you do it again.
